Player Registration | MSA Teams

U9-U19 Players | 2017-2018 Season

Please follow the registration process as outlined below.

A $35.00 late fee will be charged if registration is not complete by the following deadlines.

  • U9-U14: June 30, 2017
  • U15 (non-HS): June 30, 2017
  • U15-U19: November 15, 2017

Step 1: Register Online & Create Billing Account

All players will be required to register online through GotSoccer and create a billing account. The billing account will be used to pay registration dues, player tuition, and uniform fees.

The initial registration fee will be charged immediately. Invoices for player dues will be set in monthly installment payments to be charged on the 15th of each month. Should you choose to pay in full, one invoice will be created for the full amount, minus a 5% discount.

Step 2: Submit Required Forms

Every season, all players are required to submit the following forms. If the forms were not submitted at on-site player evaluations, please mail, drop off, or email them by the registration deadline.

Forms may be submitted via mail, drop off, or email.

 

Step 3: New Player Requirements

New players to MSA Soccer must submit the following two items. They can be submitted via mail, drop off, or email.

  • Proof of Birth
    COPY of the player’s birth certificate
  • Player Photo
    roughly 2″ x 2″ head shot – this photo can also be added via the GotSoccer registration system 

 

Step 4: Order Uniforms

Uniforms are purchased separately from the online player registration.
